Kajabi Review (2026): Is the All-in-One Price Worth It?

Kajabi's pitch is consolidation: courses, email marketing, and a website builder in one subscription instead of three separate tools. Whether that's worth it depends entirely on what you'd otherwise be paying for those three things separately.

What Kajabi does well

The integration is the actual product here — building an email sequence that references a specific course, gating content behind a purchase, and hosting a marketing page all happen inside one system without connecting third-party tools or fighting API integrations. Automation ("pipelines") for launch sequences and abandoned-checkout follow-ups are genuinely more capable than what you'd get bolting Teachable to a basic email tool.

Where it falls short

The price reflects the bundle — Kajabi's entry tier runs well above Teachable, Thinkific, or Podia's starting price, and it's not a great fit if you only need course hosting and already have an email tool and website you're happy with. The interface also has a steeper learning curve than single-purpose tools, since you're learning a course builder, an email platform, and a site builder simultaneously.

Pricing

The entry "Kickstarter" or equivalent base tier runs around $89/month billed annually, with higher tiers unlocking more contacts, admin seats, and automation depth. There's no free plan and no transaction fees on course sales.

Verdict

Kajabi earns its price if you'd otherwise be paying separately for course hosting, email marketing, and a website — the consolidated cost and workflow can come out ahead. If you already have an email tool you like or don't need a full marketing site, Teachable or Thinkific will get you hosting at a fraction of the cost.
